Builten designed the space keeping their vision in mind, double height space for reception lobby – luxury, rich interiors with lots of green to create a bio-environment. Custom lighting designed to give a feeling of dynamism in the space.

Dharamshila Hospital

Builten has worked as a BIM Consultant for a Cancer Hospital in Delhi in collaboration with Achal Kataria Architects and DNOVA. Hospitals requires a major coordination of their vast services with their architecture and interiors, to ease out, they have created a complete coordinated 3D BIM model including all MEPF services along with the final construction coordinated drawings for site execution.

Calco Polychem

Calco Polychem Pvt. Ltd. deals in additive masterbatches and fillers in chemical industry. Office is inside the factory, concept of modernism, minimalism and industrialism. Chemical codes representing the company's range of raw materials and products above meeting rooms, container sheet as wall cladding resembles industrialism, pastel and vibrant colors, inverted arch frame used in glass doors in two pieces. Every space has its own identity at micro-level and combined as one of the happiest industrial office interior character.

Turkish Airlines - Cargo

Our scope was to design their office considering their turkey office interior's theme along with other creative ideas to reflect the brand identity - creative, explorer, keep providing the best-in-class service to their customers and business partners.

O.P.Jindal University - Auditorium

The idea was to re-visualize the interiors theme of the existing auditoriums, using color psychology of students. We tried to use some pastel shades to gel up with the existing theme, and again visualized with pop colors - adding energy into the characteristic of the room.

Covid Quarantine Facility

As we all know that Covid-19 is spreading across the country , it is paramount to have sufficient emergency healthcare setup to meet the influx of infection cases. This proposed facility is a modular approach to the underlying problem for any healthcare setup which may face due to sudden influx of patients-over crowding to deal with current scenario, we propose emergency setups which can be installed and relocated in a quick notice period, increasing our readiness to deal with increasing Covid-19 hotspots.

The ideas was to design a home office for client\'s exclusive customers. Builten visualized the space in a linear manner, starting with an awestruck entrance with curved glass facade, parametric wooden design element on wall adds boldness filled with modernism into the environment. Director\'s cabin was a combination of formal and informal design statement, partial wooden flooring flowing from floor to the wall subtly adding boldness.

Temple & Meditation Centre

Religious architecture in India has a strong root in historical context, the aesthetics & form has continually evolved over the centuries. While designing this temple, builten started to begin with a focus on the future. When conceiving temples for both rural and urban settings, we acknowledged the Indian culture of innovation and experimentation, all the while embracing the age-old values of peaceful introspection and simplicity with a twist of modernism.

The idea was to find a balance between contrasting elements: modern materials and natural materials, light and darkness, and open and enclosed spaces.

The residential complex aims to give the user a quiet peaceful place where they view the landscape and reflect upon it, that was the concept behind the design. Use of terracotta jali facade to create a breathable skin, to get the required amount of light from the West Sun, acts as a screen between outside and inside environment and creates a beautiful play of lights and shadows.

Cafe Delight - Mother Dairy

Keeping alive the original colour of the brand, Builten envisioned the space to have the same colour theme, the blue & white colors of Mother Dairy with a subtle additions of pop colors which will get the audience to have a Brand recollection of it, results in high Brand Equity.

Co-Living Nest

Co-living can solve the affordable housing concept by making it a living hostel. Brief was very simple, studio apartment to be designed in a manner such that it can be a part of co-living/hostel space for low wage working professionals.

Maximising the occupancy with the building and space aesthetics was a challenge, central courtyard hosting vertical services acting as light well. BIM makes it easy to analyse and understand the inter-relationships of a floor, room and the whole building with keeping a record of estimate parallelly .

In residences, indoor-outdoor connection is very easy to accomplish, especially if there is a garden involved. Builten designed this terrace considering mindset of each family member, how this area can be used for relaxing and entertaining, offering a plenty of possibilities. A wooden deck adds to the outdoor aesthetic, add some furnishings, planters, rooftop shed with partial openings gives playful shadows during the day/evenings.

Champion Elcom is a electronics hardware manufacturer and they wanted to design their office within their existing factory. Builten as a designer get to work on things which were slightly different from other conventional offices and they tried to maintain the visibility between office and factory.

Custom designed ceiling with double height reception and providing a jali facade on staircase to get the natural light, all kept in harmony with the industrial experience.

AlphaCorp Experience Centre

Being in the Real Estate Market, client wanted to open an experience center to showcase their upcoming project through digital technologies. Builten had to face challenge while working on this was the user experience because in any experience center, user experience is what matters the most. Perforated metal facade with double height green space boosts up the interior with positive vibes and enhances the customer experience.

Nathu\'s another upcoming outlet in Noida Extension, located in upcoming residential area. Builten had to kept the theme same as it was in their Ghaziabad outlet with minimal changes. More emphasis have been given on the lighting and ceiling design part considering the taste of the client and the customer it is going to cater.

Builten has revamped the old clothing industry building into well organized food industry which serves 20000 Meals a day. Builten as a interior designer and architect played a role of project management for the kitchen part.

Footprints Education

Builten has designed the interior space of administrative office for footprints education group considering their vision and amalgamating their thoughts into the interior theme which is nature oriented. Interior theme consists of play in bold and balanced color theme simultaneously, open ceiling design creates more volume into the space.

The concept of putting greens and blending with the interiors was a challenge, used indoor plants, green carpet tiles creating patterns on flooring, acrylic written boards between two workstations, painting walls - this all creates one combined blended theme and enhances the vision for the office and in the office.

Nathu Sweets

In an attempt to celebrate the tradition of Nathu’s Sweetshop, a premier restaurant in the area, Builten envisioned a space that is a marriage of tradition with the more modern cafes of today’s age. The design was conceptualised keeping in mind the traditional significance of an establishment of such vivid history, with modern and sleek design elements. Builten attempted to transform the immediate area around Nathu’s within the mall with minimal interventions so as to make environment welcoming and responsive. The project in totality comprised the design of the sweet shop on the ground floor with a kitchenette, the restaurant on the first floor, a bridge to connect the mall elevators, and a design intervention involving the beams of the atrium within the mall.

Education, Hygiene, Sanitation, Way of life, Empowerment were various points that were touched upon through workshops, art and colors spanning over 10 days for over 200 slum households.

Cross ventilated sectional arrangements and Direct-Indirect Sunlight reaching the depth of the plot with a feeling of an open universal space from the interiors enable better thermal comfort and indoor air quality..

Twin Houses

A Rectangular plot of 40' X 50' in a hot dry climate with its west side facing the road and the other three sides share a common wall with existing residential houses with no setbacks divided into two houses with a common frontal facade.

Cross ventilated sectional arrangements enabling better function with thermal comfort and indoor air quality. Jodhpur sandstone facade proposed on the west side keeps the interiors cooler and gives a contextual look to the facade.
